An infusion of the blossoms of the elder tree used to be made into tea, as it was thought to be an antidote against colds. At Whole Earth we combine the extract from organic elderflower with a blend of juices from organic apples, grapes and lemons to give a subtly floral, sparkling drink, which refreshes without being too sweet.
